Berlin can boast more than 80 museums. Here you can see such world-known masterpieces as Nefertiti bust, a great collection of Rembrandt works and the treasures of the ancient East. There are few city with such full archeology collections. For almost half a century Berlin was separated into two parts and some museums duplicate each other. For example, there are two Egypt museums, two museums, devoted to the city and so on.

Berlin central street - Kurfurstendamm, also called Ku'damm is full of different shops - there are prestigious boutiques and small shops with cheap souvenirs. The most of Berlin citizens prefer to make shopping here, but the neighboring streets between Breitscheidplatz and Olivaer Platz are also popular.

Berlin citizens like to eat, but their own, German cuisine is not very refined, that's why there are a lot of restaurants with international dishes from all over the world. A lot of immigrants from Turkey live in Berlin and thus Turkish cuisine is becoming more and more popular.
