We offer real-time booking. For making a reservation you should

1. Choose your hotel (you can use our search form of choose a hotel from the list)
2. Choose room and rate
3. When you find the hotel and the room you need, click on the "book it" button, read the rate information and continue reservation using secure or non-secure connection.
4. After filling the form you will receive e-mail with your reservation information and Confirmation Number, which you should keep and use with any future correspondence with Reservation System. Some of the hotels take time to confirm your booking. Then email you receive from our Reservation System will not contain a confirmation number. You can always go to your Profile/Itinerary to check the status of your reservation.

If you need to cancel or check status of your reservation you should go to the section view/cancel reservation in "my profile", then enter your last name and e-mail you used at reservation. You will see the list of your reservations, their status and will be able to cancel the reservation. The cancellation policy depends on a hotel but be aware that you could be charged from your credit card for late cancellation
