Opened in 1994, the Estrel, with its 1,125 rooms and suites, is Germany's largest hotel. The size of the hotel and the direct access to the convention and entertainment areas of the complex ensure easy logistics for event organizers. The hotel, with its spacious atrium (2,800 sqm) housing a wide variety of service and catering facilities, also functions as a meeting place and communication hub.
Facilities available to guests under the concept of ‘everything under one roof’ include the functional fitness center, mini-market, the Atrium Bar, the Crystal Bar for nightbirds, an underground garage with 450 parking spaces and a 24-hour security service.
Five restaurants offering Italian, Asian, rustic Berlin and international a-la-carte cuisine, and the beer garden at the front of the hotel on the banks of the Neukilln Ship Canal cater for all tastes.
The Estrel Convention Center: The Estrel CC offers state-of-the-art premises and technology for the staging of congresses, conferences and events of all types and sizes.
The Estrel Festival Center: opened in September 1997, was cleverly converted from a former factory hall and is linked directly via a glazed bridge to the hotel and Convention Center. Every day it plays host to the live ‘Stars in Concert’ show from Las Vegas.
