Set in one of Europe's most beautiful squares, Classic Open Air stages the romantic summer sounds of classical music presented by internationally acclaimed musicians, conductors and composers. The concert series is going to attract crowds under the starlit sky, against the romantic backdrop of the Gendarmenmarkt. 6th July the French night opens festival with Juliette Greco, Ute Lemper and Klaus Hoffmann. The next day, La Dolce Vita – the Italian night is expected. You will have the unique opportunity to enjoy the full spectrum of the Italian music - from the classical period to the neapolitanischen Volkslied. 8th July Berlin open air presents also Angelika Milster, Judy winter, Walter Plathe and yokes Kowalski, combined with the singular ensemble of the Friedrichstadtpalastes. 10th July Rockballaden will be performed. The guesta are offered the opportunity of buying “combination ticket”, with which you can visit four different concerts, but only three to pay.
