Tim Raue cooked again at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski

There's nothing new in connection between the top chef Tim Raue and the Hotel Adlon Kempinski . It happened already in 2008, when Tim Raue joined the Adlon Collection, where he held the office of a culinary director. The hotel's famous restaurant Uma held the Adlon Holding since January, and now will take on the new Rough Sra Bua at the Adlon Kempinski.

It has come full circle and Raue occurs for the second time in the service of the Berlin 5-star hotels. The Sra Bua concept has already been implemented in Bangkok, Kitzbühel and St. Moritz and is now coming to Germany.

The special feature of the concept is the perfect mixture of Asian elements and the classic Western cuisine. Originally Sra Bua Thai Kitchen was at the Kempinski Bangkok, but then sat on its triumphant. The new Sra Bua by Tim Raue is housed on the back of the Hotel Adlon Kempinski. Moreover, it is planned to have direct access to the hotel area. Open, however, is the future of Shochu Bar.

Even in the other Kempinski hotels, Sra Bua is operated by masters of their craft. Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol Jochberg, for example, the Sra Bua by Wini Brugger is also offered. One an effective media star in his profession more. Thus the only question left is how long it will take for Berlin Sra Bua to get a Michelin Star.
